What makes coaching so special? Coaching is a unique concept. It is nothing like education, training, counseling, mentoring or therapy. Coaching is much more than that! Taking advantage of a coach for a period of 4 months means that you will benefit from a “thought partner” who will give you objective feedback, promote self-directed growth and help you find solutions and strategies to your non-profits most pressing challenges.
